Two in Woodlands Office Park Sell for $7M
Investors Acquire 3000-3050 Citrus Circle in Walnut Creek
The group Citrus Circle Office Associates LLC acquired 3000-3050 Citrus Circle in the Woodlands Office Park in Walnut Creek for $7 million, or about $135 per square foot, with a 6.8% cap rate.
Built in 1980, the two office buildings total 52,000 square feet on 1.75 acres. Both properties are two stories and offer parking for 208 cars.
Kevin Van Voorhis and Andy Zighelboim of Colliers International in Walnut Creek represented the buyer and the seller, Palo Alto Development Corp.
