Lawrence and Hera Blazer purchased 3556 Concord Blvd. in Concord. Total consideration for the deal was approximately $1.096 million, or about $268 per square foot.
Built in 1965, the one-story office building totals 4,083 square feet with frontage on Concord and Farm Bureau. The buyer has been a tenant in the building for approximately 10 years.
